Position: Sales Telecaller / Course Counselor Experience: Minimum 1 Year – Experienced Candidates Only Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives Work Mode: Work From Home Available About the Role We are looking for an experienced Female Sales Telecaller / Course Counselor to handle leads, counsel customers, follow up with inquiries, and convert leads into course admissions and mehndi bookings . Products & Services to Sell The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales and admissions for: Online Professional Mehndi Course Offline Professional Mehndi Course – Mumbai Nail Art Courses Bridal Mehndi Bookings Guest / Sider Mehndi Bookings Other Mehndi Services & Workshops Key Responsibilities Call new leads and understand their requirements Explain course details, fees, offers, timings, and benefits Counsel students for Online & Offline Mehndi Courses Sell Basic, Advanced & Professional Nail Art Courses Handle Bridal and Guest Mehndi booking inquiries Follow up with interested leads regularly Convert inquiries into admissions and bookings Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally Maintain daily call and follow-up records Achieve monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service before and after admission/booking Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills Strong sales and negotiation ability Fluent in Hindi & English Kannada, Telugu, Tamil or Malayalam will be an advantage Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills Confident in handling customer objections Ability to work with monthly sales targets Positive and professional attitude Experience – Mandatory Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Sales / Counseling Experience in Education, EdTech, Course Sales, Beauty, Mehndi or Training Institutes preferred Freshers are NOT eligible Salary & Incentives ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month Attractive incentives on every admission and booking Additional earning opportunity based on sales performance Work From Home option available Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is sales-focused, confident on calls, good at follow-ups, and capable of converting inquiries into paid admissions and bookings.
