Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and expanding our market presence through effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients and developing relationships to promote our savings account and current account products, as well as insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers through open market strategies and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and promote suitable products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of savings accounts, current accounts, and CASA products.
• Proven experience in business development and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
