Collections Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Collections Manager to join our team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing collections processes, particularly in the auto loan and commercial vehicle sectors. As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections team, ensuring that collection targets are met, and developing strategies to improve recovery rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the collections team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collection practices.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize recovery rates for auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, and tractor loans.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Conduct fieldwork as needed to engage with customers and facilitate collections.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless collections process and address any customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Collections Manager or in a similar role.
