Compensation: 4.0% - 5.0% Equity (No initial cash salary; performance-vested over 4 years)

YP Cab is building a transparent, driver-first, zero-surge mobility platform targeting high-density Maharashtra corridors (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nashik).

Strong Ground Traction: 1,000+ driver partners already onboarded.

Dual Monetization Engine: Asset-light vehicle leasing + sustainable platform commission.

Founder-Led Domain Depth: Built by an operator with 10+ years of ground-level commercial transportation experience.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to spearhead investor relations, strategic growth, and capital expansion:

Capital & Fundraising: Build and manage relationships with angel syndicates, family offices, and early-stage VCs to close our upcoming Seed round; open to contributing an initial operational angel cheque / bridge capital.

Growth & B2B Partnerships: Drive regional corporate tie-ups, fleet collaborations, and customer acquisition campaigns across transit hubs.

Strategic Direction: Work directly with the Founder to align unit economics, market launches, and investor governance.

Ideal Profile:

Proven background in startup growth, corporate finance, venture capital, or scaling consumer marketplaces.

Strong existing network among active angel investors and seed funds in India.
