AI Voice Bot Implementer - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Ever wondered what it's like to teach a machine to actually talk like a human, in your own mother tongue? At Markytics.AI, we're building AI voice bots that speak, understand, and respond in real Indian languages, and we want sharp, curious final-year engineers to help us get every word right.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement AI voice bots as per client requirements, set up conversation scripts and flows, so the bot responds exactly the way each client needs, in the assigned language

2. Configure conversation flows on the client's platform and localize scripts so they sound natural, not just word-for-word translated

3. Test voice bot conversations for accuracy, pronunciation, response flow, and functionality

4. Validate bot performance in the assigned language(s)

5. Simulate real customer scenarios and edge cases to stress-test the bot before it goes live

6. Conduct regression testing after every script update or deployment

7. Calibrate voice, tone, and pronunciation to match client brand guidelines

8. Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies

9. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project delivery

10. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and address feedback promptly

11. Monitor live bot performance post-deployment and flag real-world issues

12. Maintain testing reports and version control of scripts, and provide feedback for improvements
