The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and hands-on experience in recruitment. Immediate joiners preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the entire recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Onboard Candidates on their Day 1.Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned department heads.Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment trackers.Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports.Assist in onboarding documentation and HR coordination activities.Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.Meet the Targeted Deadlines to fill the position. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.2–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in multi-sector hiring).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Presentable personality with a professional attitude.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Immediate joiners preferred.Male candidate only.
