About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.

2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent databases.

3. Screen technical profiles and assess candidate suitability.

4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

5. Build and maintain talent pipelines for Software Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud, and Product roles.

6. Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.

7. Maintain recruitment metrics, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

8. Ensure effective candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.

9. Track candidates throughout the recruitment funnel and follow up regularly.

10. Experience hiring for Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Cloud, DevOps, Product, or Cybersecurity roles.7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.8. Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.9.
