Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) Respond to clients promptly and share service details/quotations Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into bookings Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages Maintain proper inquiry and client data records Coordinate with the operations/photography team for bookings Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
