GS Management Group ( An Executive Search Firm ) Job description Immediate Hiring - HR Recruiter Experience :- Fresher/ Experienced Office Timing :- 9:30 to 6:30 pm (Two Saturday Off & all sunday Off in Month ) Salary : 15000 to 25000 fixed ( Depand on experience) Location - Vaishali - Ghaziabad ( Near Metro Station) Job Responsibility Identification of suitable candidates from job portals, database . Screening the resumes based on competency and skills. Analyse the candidates on the basis of his profile and personal attributes. . Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepare and analyse the recruitment status, etc. Place advertisement in job portals and send mass emails. Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle. Follow-up the candidate to make sure the prospective offer is converted into a closure.
