Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for generating new business, finding potential clients, promoting event and signage services, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating with the production and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, references and market visits. Meet corporate clients, event agencies, advertising agencies and other potential customers. Understand client requirements for events, branding, fabrication and signage. Prepare and share quotations and proposals. Follow up with clients from enquiry to order confirmation. Coordinate with design, production, procurement and operations teams. Visit event venues and project sites when required. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines. Track enquiries, quotations, orders and sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Ensure client requirements are communicated correctly to the execution team. Collect client feedback and support repeat business
