Plant HR / HRB

We are looking for a Plant HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions at our Bangalore facility. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who align with our organizational goals.- Training and Development: Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement, ensuring continuous professional growth within the company.- Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance review process, providing guidance to management on employee evaluations and development plans.- Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to maintain compliance.- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing and benefits programs, ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time.- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data to forecast hiring needs and effectively manage labor costs.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels. A deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. Experience in change management and organizational development is preferred. Proficiency with HR software systems and data analytics is highly valuable.
