Job description
Opening for International Blended Process
Location: Tower D, Floor- B1, Embassy Galaxy, Sector 62, Noida
Both side Cab facility available depending on your location
Rotational Shift and Week-off
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels in a blended process.
Provide prompt and accurate resolution to customer concerns with excellent communication skills.
Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting process KPIs and SLAs.
Work in night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs as per business requirements.
Maintain professionalism, customer satisfaction, and process compliance at all times.
Preferred candidate profile
Undergraduate Freshers are also eligible.
Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs.
Willingness to work in a blended voice process.
No Walkin drive on Saturday and Sunday
Additionally, please carry your Aadhar card with you and mention Claims Process on your CV.
