Fusion HCM technical Consultant (Pan India) (Pune)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reports, and interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, HDL, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Fusion HCM and third-party systems.
• Analyze requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business teams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• Solid experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
• Good knowledge of HCM modules, data structures, and business processes.
• Experience with OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
