Business Development (Sales) - Internship

About the internship:We're looking for an outgoing intern who enjoys meeting people, exploring new places, and being part of creative video content. You'll help introduce readers to The Shiv Link of Jesus through street interactions, book fairs, and social media shoots.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Participating in Chalta Phirta Bookstore activities across different markets and locations

2. Engaging with people, introducing them to the book, and answering basic queries

3. Recording conversations, reactions, and interactions for outreach and content purposes

4. Supporting market outreach activities and helping convert interested readers into book sales

5. Travelling with the team to book fairs across different cities and states

6. Engaging with visitors at book fairs and explaining the book and its key features

7. Assisting with managing sales stalls, customer interactions, and book sales

8. Appearing on camera and participating in shoots for social media and digital content

9. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 220000 to 250000/year
