SaaS Product & Customer Success Executive

Location: Remote — India

Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–3 years

Salary: Starting from ₹20,000/month

We’re looking for a SaaS Product & Customer Success Executive who can deeply understand our product, test new features, onboard customers, train them, and help them successfully use the product in their day-to-day business.

What You'll Do

Learn and understand the product thoroughly

Test new features, identify bugs, and share feedback with the product/engineering team

Onboard new customers and guide them through the product

Conduct product training and demos for customers

Understand customer requirements and help them configure/use the product effectively

Assist customers throughout their product journey

Troubleshoot basic product-related issues and coordinate with the technical team when required

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product experience

Create simple user guides, training material, and FAQs

Track customer onboarding and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in SaaS products

Previous experience in Customer Success, Product Support, Product Operations, QA, or SaaS implementation

Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer workflows

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to learn and understand products quickly

Comfortable testing products and identifying issues

Patient and confident while training customers

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Compensation

Starting salary: ₹20,000/month

Salary growth will be based on product knowledge, customer handling, ownership, and performance.

Someone who can understand the product → test it → explain it → train customers → solve their problems → and make sure they successfully adopt the product.
