Production Engineer (Electrical / Electronics)

Note : Only candidates who have studied from English Medium Board should apply. We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations for LED lighting and electronic products. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets. Manage assembly, soldering, wiring, testing and final inspection processes. Coordinate manpower, materials and production schedules. Troubleshoot production and basic electrical/electronic issues. Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for defects. Maintain production records, BOMs, work instructions and process documentation. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, R&D and Quality teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement and reduction of material wastage. Ensure proper use and maintenance of production tools, equipment and safety procedures. Qualification & Experience B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field . 0–3 years of experience in electronics, LED lighting, electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred. Basic understanding of electronic components, PCBs, LED drivers, SMPS, soldering and electrical testing. Good problem-solving, team coordination and communication skills.
