You will be responsible for contacting borrowers, negotiating repayments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional and ethical customer relations.Key Responsibilities- Field & Tele Collection: Visit customers and make calls/SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups for overdue EMIs- Recovery: Meet monthly and daily collection targets as per assigned portfolio- Negotiation: Counsel borrowers on repayment options, OTS/settlement schemes, and legal consequences of default- Documentation: Update collection activities daily in CRM/collection app. Collect post-dated cheques, ECS mandates where applicable- Customer Relationship: Maintain polite and professional communication as per RBI guidelines.
