Python Developer Lead

·        Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any field.·        Proven experience of 6+ years in project management, preferably in software development projects involving Python.·        Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant frameworks.·        Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.·        Expertise in Django/Python/AWS and MySQL.·        Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.·        Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.·        Strong organizational and time management skills.·        Possess a strong understanding of Python programming concepts, frameworks, and best practices.·        Assist team members with technical challenges, review code, and contribute to technical discussions.·        Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
