What Youll Do

Make outbound cold calls to US-based companies and decision-makersUse Apollo to identify relevant companies, contacts, and leadsResearch prospects before calling to make conversations more relevantIntroduce our IT services and software development capabilitiesUnderstand prospect requirements and identify potential opportunitiesSend personalized follow-up emails after callsFollow up consistently through calls and emailsBook qualified meetings for the sales/founder teamMaintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and meetings

What Were Looking For35 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or B2B lead generationPrevious experience selling IT services / software development services is strongly preferredExperience calling US prospectsExcellent spoken and written EnglishComfortable working in US time zonesHands-on familiarity with Apollo.Io for prospecting and lead researchStrong follow-up skills across phone and emailComfortable speaking with founders, CTOs, CIOs, and other business decision-makersTarget-driven and confident handling objections

Success in This RoleYour primary goal will be to turn targeted prospects into qualified sales conversations and meetings, rather than simply maximizing the number of calls.
