BPO Associate - International voice process

As an International Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from international clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a qualified and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries from customers in a skilled and friendly manner.

Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.

Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

• Work Location: Bangalore
• Shifts: General & Rotational Shift (5 days work /2 days off)
• Salary- Upto 5.5 LPA
