• On-Rolls*Role Overview:*End-to-end gold loan servicing at customer's doorstep - lead sourcing, gold appraisal & loan disbursal.*Key Responsibilities:*- Sourcing gold loan customers via doorstep visits- Gold valuation & KYC verification at customer location- Achieving monthly sales targets & timely disbursement- Travel within assigned territory for customer meetings- Lead generation from existing customers & referrals- Build relationships with HNI customers for repeat business- Coordination with internal teams & compliance adherence*Candidate Profile:*- Graduate with min 1 year exp in gold valuation / gold loan sales- Strong sales & lead conversion skills- Comfortable with field work & doorstep interaction- Willing to travel within Hyderabad cluster- NBFC / Financial services experience preferred- Target-oriented & customer-centric*Benefits:*- Industry
