Job Description – Service Advisor (3-Wheeler & 4-Wheeler) Position: Service Advisor Department: Service / Workshop Experience: 1–5 Years Industry: Automobile / 3-Wheeler / 4-Wheeler Location: Jodhpur Job ResponsibilitiesCustomers ko greet karna aur unki vehicle-related complaints ko properly understand karna. Vehicle ki job card prepare karna aur customer ki complaints ko accurately record karna. Vehicle inspection karke required repair/service work identify karna. Technician ko proper repair instructions aur customer complaints explain karna. Repair estimate, parts aur labour charges customer ko explain karna aur approval lena. Workshop mein vehicle repair/service ka status monitor karna. Customer ko repair progress aur additional work ke baare mein timely update dena. Completed vehicle ki final inspection karwana aur ensure karna ki customer complaints properly resolve hui hain. Vehicle delivery ke time completed work, replaced parts, bill aur maintenance requirements explain karna. Customer follow-up, feedback aur complaints ko handle karna. Warranty, insurance और service-related documentation mein coordination karna. Workshop, Parts Department aur technicians ke saath coordination maintain karna. Customer satisfaction, repeat business aur service retention improve karna. Daily service reports, pending vehicles aur delivery status maintain karna. Required Skills3-Wheeler / 4-Wheeler automobile servicing ka basic technical knowledge. Vehicle components, servicing aur common repair issues ki understanding. Good communication aur customer-handling skills. Job card, estimate aur billing process ki knowledge. Basic computer knowledge. Problem-solving aur coordination skills. Hindi ke saath basic English communication preferred. Customer-oriented attitude aur professional behaviour. QualificationITI / Diploma / Automobile Engineering preferred. Automobile Service Advisor ke role mein relevant experience preferred.
