Key Responsibilities Source candidates through Apna, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding offers and joining dates. Collect joining documents and support onboarding. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports. Work towards hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Requirements Graduate in any discipline; HR qualifications are an advantage. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals. Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
