Were hiring: Social Media & Content Intern MONVUE

Were building MONVUE, a modern contact lens brand, and were looking for someone who lives on Instagram and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

This is a full-time, hands-on role. Youll work directly with the team to build MONVUEs social presence, find and manage content creators, and turn ideas into videos that people actually want to watch.

What youll do

Own day-to-day Instagram content and help grow MONVUEs presenceFind, reach out to and manage creators/influencersBrief creators and get videos made for Reels, ads & socialCome up with content ideas, hooks, trends and formatsCoordinate shoots and make sure content gets deliveredUnderstand whats trending on Instagram/TikTok before it becomes old newsLook at whats working and keep improvingWho were looking for

Youre smart, internet-savvy and naturally curiousYou spend way too much time on Instagram and can explain why a Reel worksYou understand creators, trends, hooks, aesthetics and internet cultureYou have a good eye for what looks coolYou can communicate confidently with creators and get things doneYou dont need everything spoon-fed to youFreshers welcome show us your thinking, not just your resume .
