Job Responsibilities

Handle sales of jewellery and luxury products to customers.

Manage and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

Handle high-value customer interactions professionally.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with prospective customers.

Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a premium retail experience.

Support showroom operations and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain knowledge of jewellery products, designs, pricing and current market trends.

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of experience in jewellery retail sales or luxury retail sales.

Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Confident and professional personality.

Experience handling high-value/HNI customers will be an advantage.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building and convincing skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented retail environment.

Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands/showrooms will be preferred.
