Business Development Executive

Location: Kolkata Work Days: Monday – Saturday Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred) Compensation: Up To 4LPA (Inclusive of Variable Pay + Incentives) Reporting Team: Reports to Sales Manager / Business Development Head Experience: 6+ months of experienceYou Are a Great Fit If You Are:  A recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in B2C inside sales or telesales.  Fluent in English, confident on the phone, and persuasive in communication.  Motivated by targets and performance-linked rewards.  Quick learner, coachable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.  Familiar with CRMs and Excel (or a fast learner)
