Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate, engaging, and highly organized Pre-Primary Teacher to join our foundational education team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who thrives in a dynamic classroom and understands early childhood cognitive and social development. You will be responsible for executing the IntelliX curriculum, creating a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and guiding our youngest learners as they take their first steps into formal education. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Execution: Deliver engaging daily lessons and monthly activity plans based on the IntelliX multiple intelligences framework, ensuring that activities cater to various learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, linguistic, etc.). Classroom Management: Maintain a structured, positive, and safe classroom environment. Strictly adhere to and execute the school's standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily routines and classroom management. Student Assessment: Observe and document student progress, identifying individual strengths and areas for growth to provide personalized early-learning support. Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and collaborative developmental goal-setting. Material Preparation: Prepare and organize daily teaching materials, including utilizing school resources for educational workbooks and visual aids to support tactile and visual learners. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or a relevant degree in early education. Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary, nursery, or playgroup setting. Freshers with a strong foundational understanding of child psychology are also welcome to apply. Teaching Philosophy: A strong understanding of the multiple intelligences theory and a proven ability to apply it in early childhood education. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Must be highly organized and capable of managing young classrooms effectively. Adaptability: Willingness to learn our specific methodologies and successfully complete our comprehensive 3-day staff onboarding and classroom management training program.
