Job Overview Teleminds Infotech is hiring a Quality Analyst to join our growing team Eligibility Criteria Age: 20–30 years Candidates must be residing in or around Kolkata Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills Should not be pursuing any full-time or part-time education Freshers are welcome to apply Candidates with experience in International Call Center/BPO will be preferred Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate customer interactions in call to ensure quality standards are met Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to agents Identify process improvement opportunities Work closely with operations and training teams to improve overall performance Shift Timings The role requires working in rotational shifts based on business requirements: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Male candidates only) 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed) Salary Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)   Benefits Pick-up and drop facility available as per shift timing Fixed Sunday off Growth opportunities in a professional international BPO environment.
