About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Own outlet-level operations, including SOPs, assembly-line flow, staffing, food cost, and wastage control across outlets.

2. Run commissary outlet supply chain activities, including forecasting, indenting, dispatch, and quality consistency.

3. Build and track unit economics, including per-outlet P&L, contribution margins, and payback models.

4. Support new outlet rollouts, including site evaluation, vendor and equipment coordination, and launch execution.

5. Turn founder priorities into weekly execution plans and close the loop on delivery.

6.
