Social Media Marketing Executive - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Review posts from Project Managers, Program Managers, PM creators, career professionals and other relevant people within our target network.

2. Understand the post before responding.

3. Use our AI system to help draft comments, then review and improve them so they sound natural, intelligent and relevant.

4. Avoid generic comments such as 'Great post' or obvious AI-generated responses.

5. Work from a target profile list provided by us.

6. Review approximately 40 profiles per working day and confirm that they match our targeting criteria.

7. Prepare the approved profiles for connection/networking activity according to our process.

8. Maintain accurate records of profiles reviewed and connection status.

9. Track which targeted connections have accepted.

10. As you progress through training, learn to draft personalised opening messages using our AI and outreach frameworks.

11. Understand the person's profile before preparing a message.

12. The objective is to begin genuine professional conversations not spam or mass messaging.

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
