Key Responsibilities Data Capture & Input Accurately transcribe information from a variety of sourcesincluding PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, and scanned documentsinto arenaflexs proprietary database systems. Quality Assurance Perform meticulous checks to verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring that every entry meets arenaflexs high standards. Data Validation & Cleanup Identify and correct errors, remove duplicates, and standardize data formats to maintain a clean, reliable dataset. Security & Confidentiality Adhere to strict data protection protocols, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Collaboration Work closely with crossfunctional teamssuch as Product Management, Customer Support, and ITto resolve data discrepancies and streamline processes. Process Improvement Continuously assess and suggest enhancements to data entry workflows, leveraging automation tools and best practices to increase efficiency. Reporting Generate regular status reports and metrics to track productivity, accuracy rates, and project milestones. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management, information technology, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment. Typing speed of at least 45 words per reputed company with a high degree of accuracy.
