They must possess aguerrilla-like attitude to quick visioning and lateral thinking combined with ability to articulatedesign. Openness and flexibility to appreciate ideas from anywhere is important.Responsibilities:• Drive creative brainstorm sessions and ideation workshops along with reviewing andapproving designs• Support new business initiatives and work with a cross-disciplinary team to help define andexecute concept direction to meet the clients’ business needs• Identify customer needs and requirements by working closely with internal and externalstakeholders• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows toconvey the design• Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience• Conduct regular usability testing and provide actionable reports summarizing results• Document discussions, concepts, and the finalized scope• Oversee and contribute to the development of the product• Conduct and perform testing to validate that the developed functionality is in accordancewith the scope (UAT)• Coordinate activities with all artistic and creative departments to ensure that deadlines aremet and project goals are achieved• Lead by example, inspiring others with the quality of your own work, your ability to clearlyarticulate your vision and design decisions• Presenting work to internal teams and clients, encouraging collaborative dialogue andbuilding consensus around solutions• Contribute to the development of design best practices and design systemsRequirements:• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interfacedesign, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Planning, Graphic Design, Product Design orCommunication Design• 0-3 years of industry experience• An online portfolio showcasing latest projects (school/live)• Candidates must have basic user-centered design methods and techniques• Solid communication skills.• Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign andunderstanding of all the latest tools• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve team goals.About Moonraft Innovation LabsWe are here to advance human experience through design-driven innovation.
