Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Site ExecutionSupervise daily construction activities at the project site.Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related issues.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.2. Planning & SchedulingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.Track project milestones and report delays.Coordinate manpower, machinery, and material availability.3. Quality ControlEnsure construction quality complies with project specifications and applicable standards.Conduct inspections of ongoing work.Verify workmanship before approving completed activities.Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.4. Material ManagementEstimate and verify material requirements.Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.Inspect delivered materials for quality and quantity.Coordinate with the procurement department for timely material availability.5.
