Salary-Based Model:

Role: Marketing Specialist

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses

Target: Set up 4 meetings with potential new clients every week

Bonus: Extra rewards for exceeding targets or closing deals

Training: Initial training and knowledge transfer to set you up for success

Why It's Great: Stable income with clear goals and rewards for exceptional performance!

Incentive-Only Model:

Role: Marketing Partner

Compensation: 15%-20% of project value for new clients, and 5%-10% of retainer value over time

Target: No set targets—focus solely on securing and closing deals

Training: Initial training and knowledge transfer to get you started
