4. Managing performance appraisal processes and providing feedback and coaching to employees.

5. Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

6. Maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

7. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and development of the organization.
