HR Manager - Plant Operations

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our plant operations in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within a factory setting, focusing on blue-collar workforce management. This role requires a strong understanding of labor control, statutory compliance, and welfare activities to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for blue-collar positions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including ESIC and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports, including MIS reporting to track HR performance.
• Organize welfare activities and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in plant HR or human resource management, particularly in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee welfare activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
