Drive New Joiner Induction and ensure faster onboarding and market readiness of new employees. Conduct regular field coaching / OJT with Salesmen and Sales Officers to improve sales skills, call effectiveness and execution. Identify capability gaps through field observations, business performance and interaction with the sales team. Deliver training on Sales Call Process, GTM, Distribution, Channel/Outlet Classification, Merchandising and Sales KPIs. Work closely with Regional Sales Heads, TMs and SOs to align capability interventions with business priorities. Plan and execute the Rajasthan Training Calendar and ensure timely completion of all planned interventions. Measure training effectiveness and learning impact through field observations, feedback and relevant business KPIs. Maintain training MIS, OJT reports, coverage and effectiveness dashboards and share regular updates with the central Sales Capability team. Travel extensively across Rajasthan to ensure effective training and field coaching coverage. Identify and share best practices from the Rajasthan market for wider replication.
