Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance, and HRMS.

Coordinate payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Plan training, development, and performance appraisal programs.

Qualification
