Requirements: Only female candidates Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience Must speak Marathi Must have a Android smartphone Any education qualification Must be able to make customer calls Work-from-office role YOUR FIRST 9 DAYS 1.Days 1–3 — Training: Insurance basics, products, platform, customer communication and call process. 2. Days 4–6 — Observation: Observe, practise and speak with customers with guidance and feedback. 3. Days 7–9 — Onboard Job Coaching: Start the actual job with TL/Manager support and live coaching.
