The Product Manager Speciality Gases will be responsible for driving the growth, strategy, and profitability of the speciality gas portfolio across India. The role focuses on high-value gases used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, research, calibration, and advanced manufacturing, ensuring strong market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Exploring M&A opportunities overseas to add synergy benefits such as technical capabilities, sourcing molecules & brand building.

Develop and execute product strategies for speciality gases (high purity gases, calibration gases, gas mixtures, rare gases, etc.)Identify new business opportunities and applications across industries such as pharma, semiconductor, laboratories, and research institutionsDrive revenue growth and profitability of the speciality gases portfolioProvide technical expertise and application support to the sales and customer teamsManage product lifecycle including development of new gas mixtures and customized solutionsConduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulationBuild and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and institutional clientsCollaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product quality and availabilityEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality certificationsSupport business expansion initiatives including new product launches and market entry strategiesQualification and RequirmentsStrong technical knowledge of speciality gases and their applicationsExperience in handling high purity gases, gas mixtures, and calibration standardsStrong commercial acumen with focus on margins and value-added solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilityLeadership capability with experience in cross-functional coordinationPreferred Industry Exposure:

Speciality gases (Ultra High Purity gases, calibration gases, rare gases, mixtures)Exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics/semiconductors, research labs, environmental monitoringExperience with gas handling systems and analytical instruments is an added advantage .
