Shop Helper

Job Title: Shop Helper / Store Assistant Work Location: In-person Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month Timing: 10am to 8.30pm About the Role: We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and active Shop Helper to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly and our customers have a great experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products. Arrange, stock, and organize items neatly on display shelves. Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming shop environment throughout the day. Assist with packing, loading, and unloading daily goods and inventory as required. Support the shop owner and senior staff with day-to-day operational activities. Requirements: Honest, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic. Basic communication skills to interact with customers and staff. Freshers are welcome to apply; previous shop or retail experience is a plus. पद (Job Role): शॉप हेल्पर काम करने का स्थान: दुकान पर (In-person) काम का समय (Timings): सुबह 10:00 बजे से रात 8:30 बजे तक वेतन (Salary): ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 प्रति माह नौकरी का विवरण: हमें अपनी दुकान के लिए एक मेहनती और जिम्मेदार शॉप हेल्पर की आवश्यकता है। जिम्मेदारियां: ग्राहकों से बातचीत करना और उन्हें सही सामान खोजना में मदद करना। शेल्फ पर सामान को सही तरीके से लगाना और व्यवस्थित रखना। दुकान में साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना। जरूरत पड़ने पर सामान की पैकिंग, लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग में मदद करना। रोज़मर्रा के कामों में दुकान के मालिक की सहायता करना। ज़रूरी योग्यता: ईमानदार, समय का पाबंद और मेहनती। बातचीत करने का बुनियादी तरीका (Basic communication skills) आना चाहिए। अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी, लेकिन अनिवार्य नहीं है। फ्रेशर्स (नए लोग) भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
