About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager Immigration to support the daily operations of our Kuwait branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consulting, team leadership, and client relationship management. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the branch's growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of immigration consultants and administrative staff.Provide professional immigration consultations and recommend suitable visa and immigration pathways.Review client documentation and ensure applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Monitor case progress and maintain high service standards throughout the client journey.Resolve escalated client issues and provide effective solutions.Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.Track branch performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Support business development initiatives and help achieve branch sales targets.Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.Requirements

Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 35 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of immigration programs and visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia and Europe.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.Fluency in English is required.What We Offer
