Site Supervisor – Interior & Civil Construction Company: Ionic Interiors Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred About Ionic InteriorsIonic Interiors is an Interior Service Provider involved in Interior Design, Construction and Consulting , delivering residential and commercial projects from design through execution. We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor – Interior & Civil Construction to manage day-to-day site execution and coordinate labour, vendors and subcontractors. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior and civil construction activities at project sites. Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule . Coordinate and manage labour, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, civil workers and other subcontractors . Check workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment and finishing quality. Read and understand architectural, interior and civil drawings and communicate requirements to the execution team. Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule. Check material deliveries against requirements and report shortages, damages or quality issues. Maintain proper material consumption, wastage and site stock records . Take site measurements and assist in preparing work measurements and quantity statements . Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely execution. Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Head / Designer for suitable solutions. Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance and work status . Ensure proper housekeeping, safe working practices and discipline at the site. Coordinate inspections and ensure rectification of defective or incomplete work. Support project handover, snag rectification and final finishing activities. Travel between project sites in and around Bhubaneswar as required. Required SkillsGood knowledge of interior execution and civil construction . Ability to read and understand 2D architectural/interior drawings . Knowledge of construction materials, tools and execution methods. Good understanding of carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, modular furniture and civil works . Ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively. Good measurement and quantity understanding. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp for reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site execution. Strong attention to detail and quality. QualificationITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior / Architecture or relevant technical qualification preferred. Candidates with relevant practical site experience may also be considered. Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior execution, civil construction, residential projects, commercial fit-outs or turnkey projects. Preferred CandidateCandidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred. Experience in turnkey interior projects, residential construction, commercial office fit-outs and contractor/vendor coordination will be an advantage. Salary ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month , depending on experience, technical knowledge and capability.
