Office Boy - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Office Boy to manage daily office activities in our Chembur East, Mumbai location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized and capable of handling a variety of tasks within an office setting.Key responsibilities include managing banking operations, dealing with day-to-day office affairs, and handling cheque and form filling. You will also be responsible for clerical work, such as delivering challans and other important documents. Engaging with clients via phone calls and assisting in rectifying transactions to avoid malpractices will also be part of your duties.To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients. You must have basic clerical skills and be familiar with handling banking operations. A proactive approach to solving issues and an eye for detail when filling forms and documents are essential. Additionally, a good understanding of transaction processes will greatly benefit your performance.The job requires full-time commitment within the office environment. You will be expected to work normal office hours from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
