Responsibilities

Manage Receipt, Storage, Issue And Control Of All Materials And Inventory. Ensure Proper Stock Levels, Quality, Fifo/Fefo And Accurate Documentation. Monitor Consumption, Wastage, Breakage, Shortages And Pilferage. Coordinate With Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, Banquets, Housekeeping And Other Departments. Conduct Regular Stock Verification And Maint. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
