Accountant

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents. Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters. Monitor outstanding payments and receivables. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data. Support the senior accounts team in audits and other financial activities. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Good knowledge of GST and TDS. Proficiency in MS Excel. Bank and ledger reconciliation. Accounts payable & receivable management. Good numerical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
