Key Responsibilities ●       Own overall project execution and ensure delivery as per the approved schedule. ●       Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and milestones. ●       Coordinate and manage contractors, sub-contractors, and site teams. ●       Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of construction. ●       Implement and monitor site safety protocols and compliance. ●       Track project costs and monitor budget adherence. ●       Coordinate billing and certification of contractor and vendor payments. ●       Prepare and present regular project progress reports to leadership. ●       Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with design and consultant teams. ●       Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials for site progress. ●       Drive milestone delivery and proactively flag delays or risks. Competencies We Are Looking For ●       Strong technical knowledge of building construction and execution practices. ●       Proven ability to plan, schedule, and monitor large projects. ●       Strong contractor and vendor management skills. ●       Sound understanding of quality and safety standards on site. ●       Cost-conscious with strong budget tracking discipline. ●       Clear, structured reporting and communication skills. ●       Ownership-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure.
