Backend Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and manage professional emails and business correspondence.

Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Follow up on pending tasks, client requirements, and documentation.

Follow up regarding pending payments and maintain payment status records.

Handle dispatch activities and maintain dispatch records.

Maintain operational data and documentation accurately.

Support day-to-day administrative and backend processes.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong email drafting and professional writing skills.

Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred

1-4 years of experience in Backend Operations or Administration.

Salary: Up to 30k pm

Compensation: 25,[hidden],000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

New Delhi, Delhi (New Delhi District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
