What you'll actually do:Own client onboarding end-to-endBe the go-to person for client coordination & queriesKeep operations running smoothly — SOPs, trackers, workflowsPrepare client reports & business reviewsIdentify gaps and fix them before anyone noticesYou're our person if you have:Background in Operations, Client Success, Account Management, or Healthcare OpsStrong communication & stakeholder management skillsBasic Excel/Sheets comfort (no advanced analytics needed)Based out of Gurgaon or open to relocatePrior experience in healthcare, wellness, or health-tech is a strong plus
