Full-Stack AI Engineer (AI Agents)

About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and improve production AI agents, multi-turn conversational workflows, LLM tool/function calling, structured outputs, RAG systems, context management, and human handover workflows.

2. Develop and maintain full-stack product features across frontend, backend APIs, integrations, SQL databases, caching, queues, authentication, authorization, and cloud infrastructure.

3. Build AI evals, automated regression tests, guardrails, logging, tracing, and observability systems while improving security, latency, reliability, scalability, and AI inference costs.

4. Use AI-assisted development tools to explore codebases, prototype, debug, refactor, write tests, and ship features quickly while reviewing generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

5. Work directly with the leadership team, take ownership of technical problems, contribute to system architecture, and help scale the platform as traffic and conversation volume increase.
